Phillip was born in San Jose, California and moved to the Reno area in 2000. He graduated from University of Nevada Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics. He was in the banking industry for four and a half years. Working in the banking industry provided him knowledge of wealth management, working with trusts from time to time and finding great joy in working with clients.

Phillip is an avid sports fan and roots for the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Indianapolis Colts. When he’s not at work he enjoys travelling, staying active, and going on walks with his goldendoodle, Charlez.
