Francesca has an extensive background in the finance and accounting industry, specializing in improving efficiency, reducing risk, and ensuring compliance. She can identify areas of strength and weakness in a process and implement company policies, standards, changes in operation, and systems that optimize productivity and improve the bottom line.

Originally from California and graduating with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento, Francesca moved to Reno in 2018, joining the Alliance team in early 2021.

She is married with one son and two golden retrievers. When she is not working, she and her family enjoy outdoor activities like mountain biking, dirt biking, and camping.
