Keith obtained his BSE-Mathematics degree from Delta State University in 1978. Already successful managing his own employee benefits consulting firm, Keith decided to pursue his Juris Doctor degree and enrolled in Mississippi College’s School of Law graduating in 1988.  In 1989, Keith was admitted to practice law before the federal and state courts of the state of Mississippi.

Keith maintained his business consulting practice and relocated to the great state of Texas where he continued consulting on commercial real estate transactions, oil and gas, qualified and non-qualified executive compensation planning, and asset protection and estate planning.

Keith has international experience representing clients before business firms in Panama, Bermuda, and the United Arab Emirates, and as recently as 2010 brought his business experience and legal perspective to bear for Alliance Trust Company developing and qualifying its precious metals Common Trust Funds and Collective Investment Funds utilizing a Canadian based bullion management company and a Canadian Bank.   Once this work was completed, Keith was asked to join Alliance Trust and became Co-Manager of the company and is a member of the Board of Managers for Alliance.

Keith has gained nationwide recognition as a featured speaker having given talks on Estate Planning and Asset Protection Planning at advanced estate planning seminars at Lake Tahoe, Reno, and Las Vegas, Nevada; Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee; Jackson, Mississippi; and Lubbock, Texas and he has had several articles published covering similar topics.

Keith presently resides in Lubbock, Texas, and concentrates on commercial real estate development nationally and provides asset protection planning for high net-worth clients.  He is married to a world-renowned artist, Cynara, and they have two adult children.
